Training objective:
To give a broad based overview of the SAP landscape to consultants. Beginning with the history and evolution of SAP, training went deep into the latest iteration of the ERP, ECC 6.3. The training is focussed on:
- Role based learning,
- Process based learning
- Lines of service based learning
Delivery Methodology:
An industry domain is chosen, and all modules and components are taught against this background. Participants are given a holistic understanding of SAP’s progression from the simple ABAP/BASIS model to the current Netweaver model. Project Management sessions were conducted, dealing with issues like change management, leadership and the roles of various members in the team. The training was interspersed with group activities, each culminating in a presentation and discussion. Finally, a test is conducted to gauge the quality of knowledge transfer to the participants.
