An innovative entrepreneur and inspiring leader, Vijay Kaushik has been defining the vision for, and charting the course of, Amplify over the last six years. A telecommunication engineer by training, he has extensive experience in the design, deployment and management of fixed and mobile communication systems. Noted for his creativity and spirit of enterprise, he has made successful forays into land acquisition and infrastructure development.
A committed educationist with an insatiable passion for excellence, Vijay brings to Amplify a rich panoply of human resource management and team-building skills, honed over his four decade stint with the Indian Army. Vijay specializes in the areas of mind-management, stress-management and senior management interventions.

Having done his degree in Computer Science from University of Pune & business studies from IMDR & IIM, he acquired his Fellowship from RWTH (Germany). With about 13 years of Industry experience in leading and managing projects across Airlines, Manufacturing, Education and Automobile domains, he specializes in technology deployment & project management.
He has project delivery & consulting experience in more than 15 countries and has worked very closely on turnkey project execution with organizations such as Siemens, DASA, Daimler Chrysler, Price WaterHouse Coopers, WJ Towell, IBM, Bajaj, Kinetic Engineering etc. across India, Europe, USA & Middle East.
He is one of the first Navision certified professional in India and an avid sportsperson, having won the championship at National Games in Delhi, 1991.

With more than 31 years of experience with Indian Army in the Corps of Signals, he has been the Head of Department, Telematics in Military College of Telecommunication Engineering and Training Head of Military Technical Training Regiments. He has B.Tech (E&TC), M.Tech(CS), PGD (SDM).
He has also served for the Indian Army as Interviewing Officer (IO) in Services Selection Boards. After Army, he took over as Vice President HR for country’s one of the largest BPO units and managed training, Quality initiatives apart from laying down lean HR practices. He has been actively managing Public Relations, Brand building and Media services at Amplify. He specializes in Planning, Execution and Implementation of ISO 9001:2000 and BS 7799 certification activities for range of industry domains.

An M. Tech in Communication and Radar Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, Brig Subramaniam possess vast and varied experience spanning over 34 years in setting up, maintaining and exploiting the entire gamut of communication systems - both fixed and mobile - in all types of terrain; and under both peace-time and operational conditions.

He also has rich faculty and training expertise in the fields of telecommunication and Information Technology, and has demonstrated leadership and man-management in large and complex projects for the Army.

Jamshed Khursigara is a Commerce graduate from St. Xavier’s college - Kolkata in 1969 and completed his MBA from XLRI - Jamshedpur in 1973. He has 36 years of rich professional experience in the field of Human Resources with TATA MOTORS LTD. He is having expertise knowledge in Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Training and Development, Performance Management, IR, Payroll Management and Administration.

He has been actively involved & streamlined HR operations at Commercial Vehicle manufacturing unit, Passenger Car Business manufacturing Division and Daimler-Benz-Tata Motors joint venture at Pune. He is founder member of National HRD network, Pune Chapter, and also represented TATA MOTORS at CII – H.R. Forum, Pune. He was also associated with various reputed educational institutions such as Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and Balaji Institute of Modern Management at Pune.

Sabu Francis is a graduate of architecture from IIT Kharagpur from the 1984 batch. He had excelled in academics; having stood first in class. That connection with academics continued when he started his own practice of architecture. He has taught for over 14 years in many colleges in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Pune. He has even conducted QIP (Quality Improvement Programs) for teachers in architecture.

He is also involved in architectural research having published four papers in important international conferences. He is now working on a book on geometry in architecture. He has extensive knowledge of architecture, mathematics, CAD, and owns intellectual properties in Computer Aided Architecture design, messaging, music and knowledge management. He is knowledgeable in many areas of computing that includes over 10 computer languages, graphics, XML, file formats, etc.

N. Hariharan is Professor and Head of Department,Finance and Accounts at Amplify Mindware Academy for Development of Education and Research [AMADER], Pune, Maharashtra. He was former Vice-Principal, Shree Chandraprabhu Jain College, Chennai, Tamilnadu. He has worked in various capacities at various institutes. He obtained his Masters Degree [Rank Holder] from St. Joseph’s College, Trichy and Master of Philosophy from Loyola College, Chennai, Tamilnadu. He has attended and presented papers at various state and national level seminars. He has presented a proposed research paper to Cambridge University, UK. He has been teaching Income Tax, Finance and Accountancy papers for more than 15 years at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. He is a visiting faculty at Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Southern India Regional Council, Chennai, Tamilnadu. He is member board of studies/examiner in various institutes/autonomous colleges and professional bodies. He specializes in the field of Taxation, Finance and Accountancy and is a prolific author on these subjects. He has written books on Income Tax Law & Practice for Tata McGraw-Hill Publications. Books on Cost accounting and Management accounting are to be published shortly.

With academic background in engineering, psychology, systems neuroscience and computer sciences (with special emphasis on Artificial Intelligence), he devoted his entire career in the understanding and embodiment of mind. Ex-Commissioner of Hospitals, New York City.

A graduate of IIT Kharagpur, he also has partially completed a doctorate from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and has recently moved to Pune after living in Milwaukee for 23 years.
His primary experience has been in starting and running businesses in various technical fields. These areas include Computer Aided Design, Computer Networking and the Internet. He has a deep knowledge of LAN and WAN deployment, management and applications. He has also spent key portions of his career managing the development and delivery of software applications.
Anil Gupte has been involved in Internet based content delivery for ten years and has provided solutions to large and small organizations such as the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, Cumulus Media (then owner of over 200 radio stations) and Houses.com. He is a serial entrepreneur who has created four companies or business units within companies and is the originator of several technology brands.
His last venture was maxNetwork, a business oriented ISP with a Point of Presence in Chicago and Milwaukee and customers from around the world. As CEO of this last company he grew the company at the rate of 34% per quarter for 20 consecutive quarters.
He has a deep understanding of technology, especially Internet and Video related technologies. He has filed five patents in the area of cross-platform video distribution.
Anil's interests are technology, movies, music and his family.

An engineering post graduate, Sudhir Bhatnagar, a veteran of 1971 Bangladesh war and 1999 Kargil war has over 30 years of experience in planning and executing telecom projects across the country including difficult & hostile terrains of North East (Nagaland) and North West (Kashmir valley) sectors as well as the vast areas of Southern Command of the Indian army.

A decorated soldier, Sudhir Bhatnagar, after his release from the Army in 2000, conceived and established an IT company to provide online support to an American company in graphic designing, web designing, variable print layouts, mailing lists processing, etc. The company was subsequently acquired by US clients in 2006.

He joined the Amplify team as a permanent member on 02 Aug 2010 and brings along with him rich practical experience in entrepreneurship and telecom related matters.

Prof Rakesh Tandan has a diverse experience of 35 years in the consumer durable industry. He worked as the General Manger of Philips India, Associate Director of National Panasonic and Vice President of Konka Electronics and JVC.

His professional career commenced after completing his BSc (Hons) from Mumbai University and his Management studies in 1972.

He has been associated with management education for the past ten years with institutes like JIMS (Delhi), ICFAI and K.C.College of management. For a period of two years was also in the field of pre primary and primary education as the CEO of Tree house playgroup and nursery – Mumbai.

He is a marketing professional and having an abiding interest in the area of Sales and Distribution Management.

At present associated with Amplify Mindware DITM as the Head Of Department for the Marketing course and his personal interests include theatre, reading and playing games to keep fit and relax.

Having lived in UK, Europe and India, he brings in his rich global experience at Amplify. He steers both the Telecom Management & Information Technology Management apart from taking keen interest in organizational development.  He is an avid sportsman and an ace Paratrooper with active interests in adventure sports.
