If a student submits his application for cancellation of provisional admission, the provisional admission fee paid by the student shall not be refundable under any circumstances.
If a student submits his application for cancellation of admission in a prescribed form duly completed within 15 calendar days from the date of commencement of that particular course, 10% of the total amount of “Tuition fees” prescribed for the course will be deducted from the amount of tuition fees paid by him.
If a student submits his application for cancellation of admission in a prescribed form duly completed within 30 calendar days from the date of commencement of that particular course, 25% of the total amount of “Tuition fees” prescribed for the course will be deducted from the amount of tuition fees paid by him.
If a student submits his application for cancellation of admission in a prescribed form duly completed after 30 calendar days from the date of commencement of that particular course, no refund of “Tuition fees” will be made.
Under no circumstances, Other fees” and “Student Development Fees” paid by the student will be refunded, either in part or in full except the amount of College Development fund.
If a student admitted to any course at any time cancels his admission after 90 calendar days from the date of commencement of that particular course in an Academic Year, he/she will be required to pay full amount of tuition fees for the remaining entire duration of that course.
