- If a student submits his application for cancellation of provisional admission, the provisional admission fee paid by the student shall not be refundable under any circumstances.
- If a student submits his application for cancellation of admission in a prescribed form duly completed within 15 calendar days from the date of commencement of that particular course, 10% of the total amount of “Tuition fees” prescribed for the course will be deducted from the amount of tuition fees paid by him.
- If a student submits his application for cancellation of admission in a prescribed form duly completed within 30 calendar days from the date of commencement of that particular course, 25% of the total amount of “Tuition fees” prescribed for the course will be deducted from the amount of tuition fees paid by him.
- If a student submits his application for cancellation of admission in a prescribed form duly completed after 30 calendar days from the date of commencement of that particular course, no refund of “Tuition fees” will be made.
- Under no circumstances, Other fees” and “Student Development Fees” paid by the student will be refunded, either in part or in full except the amount of College Development fund.
- If a student admitted to any course at any time cancels his admission after 90 calendar days from the date of commencement of that particular course in an Academic Year, he/she will be required to pay full amount of tuition fees for the remaining entire duration of that course.
