61 companies with 800 job offers participate in campus recruitment process. 2009-10 at Amplify Mindware broke all previous records for the number of offers that the companies came with. Companies from all walks of life participated in the placement process.

For the first time, organizations showed lot of interest to hire region specific students for their new product and service lines. This opened up whole lot of opportunities for the students and the companies. Most of the progressive organizations are planning next level of growth and regional sectors, rural market are the focus point of growth. Combined with the growth in number of job offers, the average salary also took a big jump with Rs. 7.5 lacs.
