Web-based training is complemented by classroom and lab training at periodic intervals. During the WBT sessions, trainees have direct access to tutors through IM and voice chat. The course schedule and contents are all accessible online, as are the daily and weekly assignments, projects and tests.

At any time, the client is able to monitor the progress of each trainee in a special client section. Here, trainee attendance details, test results, trainer evaluations, etc. are available at the click of a mouse. |
