	Vijay Kaushik
		Col. Vijay Kaushik has more than 39 years of experience with the Indian Armed Forces (Corps of Signals) and Civies streets. He has extensive experience in Mobile Communication, design & deployment. Armed with rich experience in managing Human Resources & Public Relations, he has been instrumental in charting out the organization vision. He specializes in areas such as Leadership & Team building skills, Mind Management, Stress Management & Senior Management interventions.

	Joy Basu
		Having done his degree in Computer Science from Pune University & business studies from IMDR & IIM, he acquired his Fellowship from RWTH (Germany). With about 13 years of Industry experience in leading and managing projects across Airlines, Manufacturing, Education and Automobile domains, he specializes in technology deployment & project management. He has project delivery & consulting experience in more than 15 countries and has worked very closely on turnkey project execution with organizations such as Siemens, DASA, Daimler Chrysler, Price WaterHouse Coopers, WJ Towell, IBM, Bajaj, Kinetic Engineering etc. across India, Europe, USA & Middle East. He is one of the first Navision certified professional in India and an avid sportsperson, having won the championship at National Games in Delhi, 1991.

	R. Manoharan
		With more than 31 years of experience with Indian Army in the Corps of Signals, he has been the Head of Department, Telematics in Military College of Telecommunication Engineering, Training Head of Military Technical Training Regiments. He has B.Tech (E&TC), M.Tech (CS), PGD (SDM). He has also served for the Indian Army as Interviewing Officer (IO) in Services Selection Boards. After Army, he took over as Vice President HR for country’s one of the largest BPO units and managed training, Quality initiatives apart from laying down lean HR practices. He has been actively managing Public Relations, Brand building and Media services at Amplify. He specializes in Planning, Execution and Implementation of ISO 9001:2000 and BS 7799 certification activities for range of industry domains.

	Raj Duggal
		He has served for over three decades in the Army in the Telecom branch, which is responsible for providing communications and electronic data support to the Indian Army. Thereafter he has headed the Marketing, Production and Materials divisions in a large PSU for more than a decade, and also a short stint with private industry. Apart from being an IIM (A) alumnus, he has obtained B.Tech, M.Tech and MBA degrees from premier defence institutes. He has vast experience with training establishments in technical, diploma, degree and computer courses.

	Dilip Thosar
		Dilip is an alumnus of IIT Kharagpur and IIM Ahmedabad. He has over 20 years of experience in the Indian IT industry, spanning sales and marketing, software architecting, project management, delivery management and resource management. He has worked with large corporates like Wipro, HCC, UTC and Hexaware and also runs his own entrepreneurial venture providing software services and products to banks, corporates and software companies.

	V. Gomes
		He is a Telecom domain specialist with over 34 years of rich and varied experience across industries. Armed with B. Tech (Telecom) and a Business degree in Marketing, he has extensive experience in the field of Engineering, HRD, Administration and General Management. He was directly responsible for the Technical, Managerial & Leadership trainings in the Indian Army and has led units with 3000+ strength. He has been instrumental in laying Telecom infrastructure across the nation for leading Telecom service providers in the country. Having lived in UK, Europe and India, he brings in his rich global experience at Amplify. He steers both the Telecom Management & Information Technology Management apart from taking keen interest in organizational development. He is an avid sportsman and an ace Paratrooper with active interests in adventure sports.

	Utpal Mazumdar
		Utpal Mazumder has 18 years of rich experience in Information Technology & Consulting in diverse areas like IT Project Management, Product & Delivery Management, Finance and Shop floor Management. He is a hardcore Techno-Financial professional-A Cost Accountant-(AICWAI) with an Engineering background-B.E. (Electronics). Utpal was with Microsoft as the Regional Product Head and Partner Technology Manager for Microsoft Dynamics. He was part of the core team which built the foundation for Microsoft Dynamics in India. Utpal has undergone various trainings at Microsoft USA on MS Dynamics- Navision/Axapta/CRM and other MS Technologies. At HSBC-Global Technology Center, he had managed delivery of Financial, Banking and Project Management applications for HSBC-Global IT. He had worked on several Consulting assignments on Finance, Imports/Exports and Manufacturing during his tenure with Godrej Infotech and Steel Authority of India Ltd. Utpal is an avid reader and a lover of art and music. When he is not managing projects he can be seen with his paint brush and sketch pencils.

	Gurmeet Singh
		Brigadier Gurmeet Singh is a specialist on Materials Management and HRD, with over 35 years of experience in handling various types of Logistics Installations. He is an alumnus of the National Defence Academy Khadakwasla and is armed with MA in Materials Management, PGDHRM, DIM and a host of other professional courses. He has been a Professor and Head of Faculty at College of Materials Management Jabalpur. Recently, he had undertaken Loss Mitigation Audit of Tata Yazaki Autocomp Ltd. as Auditor.
