PARTICIPANTS' EXPERIENCES
“Life of great leaders always teach us to move forward , we need to propel ourselves into action with clear directions, this is what ELP taught me .The most important fact of leader is lowliness as “lowliness is young ambitious ladder “ ; in short ELP taught me to either lead or follow or get out of the way.
-Shailly
“Life is like a sheet of fallen snow, Be careful how you stamp it, for every mark will
show”. This is what I firmly believe because one of the most important qualities of being a Leader is to plan .And finally Everyone is a Leader. Leadership is the art of accomplishing more than the science of management says is possible.
-Dimple Mittal
“Life always teaches us to weigh the pros and cons before taking a decision” this is what I came across in various sessions where faculty discussed about their life experiences. we entered into a whole new world where everything started and ended on leadership as it is a leadership program.
-Somyata Sharma
“Success is never permanent and success is all about dealing with failures everyday”.
-Abhimanyu Bhatnagar
“If you want to lead then learn to simplify, cut through argument, debate and doubt, and offer a solution everybody can understand” This is what I have experience in various sessions of Elite Leadership Program.
