Speakers profile
A Master's degree holder in Management Science from University of Pune, Mr. Namdev More has been an HR professional in the Information Technology and Services industry with about 15 years of multi-faceted experience in strategic HRM, talent acquisition, training and management development, performance management, competency building, compensation & benefits, employee relations and HR Operations. He has an additional 5 years experience in handling start up projects. He also has an extensive experience of heading HR for India ODCs of multinational software & Hi-tech companies.
Mr. Namdev has been associated with companies like Otis ISRC, Fluent India Pvt. Ltd., Universal Technical Systems India Pvt. Ltd., Finolex Pipes/Friendly Agroindustries Ltd. and Bajaj Auto Ltd.
